coba buka file nya pake notepad, jika ada isinya dan terdapat triger virus, berarti komputer anda terserang virus... biasanya sality, atau heuristic, cara paling efektif cabut hardisk, scan dikomputer yang bersih, backup datanya di cd, atau hardisk lain, terus format hardisk. install ulang os nya.
