As all of you know that there are sixty thousand private companies registered with SECP and six hundred and fourty
Listed companies in stock exchange.Mostly all of these companies conduct their financial audit and approximately 99% audit reports indicate that "statement of financial statements represents fair and true views of the state of the Comapanies' Affairs.
Let come forward and give your comments with sincerity that all these companies are not involved in any type of fraudulent activities as like Tax fraud or other activities which can adversely effect the financial decisions of other stakeholders.If your answer is "Yes" then Why the Audit Firms always fail to give disclaimer, adverse and qualified opinions? and why our government dont come forward to implement a transparent audit system.
