[accountants_forum] ONE ACCOUNTING ENTRY-NEED URGENT HELP

 

Dear all,

 

SupposeOur business to sale blancket on cash basis, When we sale we pass the entry :

 

Cash Dr.

Cash sale Cr.

 

Now we gifted some blancket to any department.

 

in my opinion we should Debit Donation but which account should be credited because it is not sale.  Please write complete entry for Debit and Credit. It is urgent.
