[accountants_forum] Advice required regarding the Non compliance of Code of corporate governance

 

Dear Friends

In case of non-compliance of any clause of code of corporate governance by the listed entity which is mandatory like appointment of internal auditor etc, so what sort of penalty can be impose by the SECP. please tell me with reference
